Yeah it's hard that generation..it was a different life. I have an aunt who whispers everytime she say the blacks. It's so bizarro to me I can't even comprehend it.
What a wonderful world we live in that you can even discuss this. I have always felt people are scared of what they don't understand. It is quite sad. I love your line that your just human it is too bad more people can't open their eyes to the fact that we are just human.
I'm all for live and let live. None of us are perfect and that's what makes us all special, our imperfections. I really do not believe I was put here to judge anyone.
Applause! I couldn't agree more, I think it's flat out wrong to attach worth to people based on accidents of birth (race, gender, nationality, etc).
And for everything else, the way I've always seen it is "If you aren't hurting anyone, it's no ones business what you are doing". Kudos to you for raising you kids so well.
